Empty all product from the hoppers before cleaning.

Remove drip tray and cover.

Unplug the hopper lamp cords and remove the hopper lids.

Depress the hopper lock plunger (inset), lift slightly. Pull the hopper assembly forward and remove.

Remove the auger nose bushing from inside the front of the hopper.

Show the auger nose bushing to your friends who have gathered to watch you clean this machine.

Pull the auger from the cooling drum.

Remove the nose gasket from the shaft.
NOTE: During assembly, lubricate the inside of the nose gasket.

Remove the hopper seal from the flange on the cooling drum.

Spread one side of the handle first, then the other and disconnect from the hopper.

Carefully slide valve up to remove spring and faucet seal. Extra care should be taken when handling the seal to prevent damage.

Remove the filter from rear of machine and clean thoroughly by running under warm water.
